For our customers in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, we offer the option of local pickup or delivery. During checkout, you can select the local pickup or delivery option and arrange a convenient time for collection or delivery.

Customs and Import Duties

Since we are currently only shipping within Canada, you will not incur any customs fees. Should we expand our shipping services internationally, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Due to Unpaid Customs Charges

If an item is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or rejection by the buyer (applicable for future international shipping), we will deduct a fee to cover the cost incurred by us from the shipping courier.
